I reached out to paiseec.com because I had an issue with my account, i expected at least a decent reply for what I’m paying. I waited a few days and only got one short response that didn’t really fix anything or explain what to do next.

I tried following up after that, but it still felt like nobody was actually listening. When you’re spending money on a service, even if it’s not the most expensive one out there, you still want basic support. Frustrating experience, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s been working pretty much the same every time I use it. Nothing too surprising, which is a good thing. Overall, the results have been consistent for me.

the processing just dragged on forever... I kept waiting and it felt like nothing was really happening most of the time. Not the end of the world or anything, but if you need something quick, yeah it gets annoying fast. I probably wouldn’t use it again unless they sort out the speed

I asked for help with a review, and they were clear that they wouldn’t make something fake up. They basically said to share the real issue and they’d help me phrase it. Based on that one interaction, I’d say they seem upfront and more focused on keeping things honest than just telling people what they want to hear

I ended up asking for a refund after realizing the service just wasn’t the right fit for me. I was a little nervous at first, mostly because you never really know how these things are going to go.

Support got back to me the next day and asked for a few basic details. It wasn’t a hassle or anything, just confirming my account and payment info, which seemed reasonable.

The refund showed up after about 5 working days. It wasn’t super fast, so I’m taking off one star for that, but it was handled decently and respectfully, which is really all you can ask for
